About Me
I am an accredited integrative therapist and supervisor with 12 years of experience in private practice and bereavement counselling.
In addition to private practice, I work for the NHS as a manager of a staff counselling service, providing therapy for staff experiencing work related stress, anxiety and other common mental health issues such as depression, life events, loss and bereavement.
As a therapist I provide individual and group therapy to clients with a wide range of depression and anxiety disorders. I also provide therapy support to couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship.

I started my career working as a Residential Social Worker, providing care for adults with special needs.
Having a passion for helping people and facing my own challenges led me to a career in counselling and psychotherapy. My desire is to help you gain insights into your issues and enable you to move forward in your life.
