I aim to offer you a safe environment where you can explore your own unique thoughts, feelings and experiences in confidence with respect and sensitivity, and without judgement. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, relationship problems or other difficulties, I can offer you the support you need.
I have considerable experience in working with individuals from many different social and cultural backgrounds.
I offer a free of charge, 30 minute pre-assessment to everyone interested in learning more about their options and how therapy can help.
